Well, I have to say this is funny video because it is so true! This happens all the time and is EXACTLY why I created my business. Poor communication, particular when discussing a “technical” issue can lead to wasted time, poor decisions, and of course, wasted money. Having the ability to communicate in a clear, concise, compelling manner is essential to the success of your business.

This IS funny because it does happen. I chuckled all the way through – Then shuttered at the end! What can one do about it though? Who was the poorest communicator in this story? What is one (realistic) change that could have made it better. It seems like the end result is OK for everyone except maybe the expert. More rhetorically, what is the intended and actual purpose of an expert in these meetings? I know it’s just a funny video, but it is awfully close to home!
